NORCIS
Nordic Critical Infrastructure & Security
Developing domestic solutions for critical infrastructure, resilience and sovereignty in the Nordics.
01 / The challenge
The infrastructure we depend on is more exposed than ever.
The Nordics depend on infrastructure that is increasingly exposed: energy grids, ports, subsea cables, logistics networks, airspace and the digital systems that connect them. Protecting it cannot rely on imported solutions and public budgets alone. It needs new ventures, new talent and closer collaboration between the people who understand the problems and the people who can build the answers.
02 / What we do
NORCIS brings these groups together. We work with investors, industry, universities, research institutions and public organisations to turn real operational challenges into solutions developed here at home.
- 01
Venture programmes
Cross-disciplinary teams of students and graduates take on real challenges, moving from problem breakdown to proof-of-concept and a pilot pathway.
- 02
Events
Evenings and forums that connect founders, investors, industry, researchers and decision-makers across the Nordic resilience and security ecosystem.
- 03
Talent and community
Building a community across Nordic universities and developing the next generation of builders in dual-use and security technology.
- 04
Partnerships
Working with organisations that want to test new solutions, scout talent or back domestic innovation.
