R&D and Tech Exploration
Before building anything, teams learn to break the problem down properly: who the stakeholders are, what the operational constraints look like, and where the technical risk sits.
Talking Stage
A workshop on analysing the problem, identifying the stakeholders and deciding how to address it, followed by input on how defence R&D and innovation work in practice.
Working Stage
Guided problem breakdown: stakeholder map, user and buyer, operational constraints and candidate technical approaches, with mentors challenging assumptions.
What you leave with
A stakeholder map, a problem breakdown and a shortlist of technical approaches with the riskiest assumption named.
